The breadth and depth of the subject matter of the course must support the achievement of the purposes of Doctoral Program. The establishment of learning process can only be held if it is scheduled in the current semester and followed by students who have programmed it in their KRS. Students can only attend the lecture from the course they have programmed. Each subject could be managed by one or more lecturers according to the expertise or as the proposal of KPS and determined by the Dean.

The lecturers must have a relevant field of study and have a doctoral degree or have a professional  and qualified certificate equivalent to level 9 (nine) Indonesian Qualification Framework. The coordinator of the courses must have appropriate field of study, have a doctoral degree and minimum have a functional position of Associate Professor. Each course must have Semester Learning Plan (RPS) prepared by lecturer or team of lecturers.
