CONTRIBUTION OF COURSES TO ELOs

Doctor of Law Study Program is expected to produce graduates who can work as Academics, Researchers, Practitioners and  Leaders who have maritime values. Papers/articles written by graduates profile (Academics, Researchers, Practitioners and  Leaders) through SCOPUS indexed international journals and present their papers in international seminars in the Legal study and legal development and the relevance of their studies in other aspects related to science, health, environment, politics, economics, social and culture reflects the maritime values of this program.

The contribution of the courses reflects from expected learning outcomes of this program. Scientific studies on maritime are included in the realm of knowledge, namely mastering theoretical concepts in the sub fields/ scope of legal study and legal construction, legal interpretation and argumentation, institutional and governance law and other studies  related to  science, health, environment, politics, economics, social and culture and other aspects of learning are expected to be able to produce graduates who can work as Academics, Researchers, Practitioners and  Leaders who have maritime values.
