STRUCTURE CURRICULUM OF THE DOCTORAL OF LAW PROGRAM

According to the Chancellor’s Regulation 2785/UN.4.1/KEP/2018 regarding the establishment of doctoral program Hasanuddin University. The curriculum in doctoral of law study program is Doctoral program by taught and research and Doctoral program by research. The establishment curriculum of doctorate of law program is logically structured, sequential and integrated to meet the achievement of ELOs effectively and accommodate various learning environments supporting students in completing their studies. The number of prerequisite courses are placed to a minimum so students have greater flexibility in participating in relevant courses. According to university regulations about curriculum development, the doctoral program curriculum is updated regularly which involves stakeholders both internally and externally for the main changes of curriculum.The doctoral program study for master degree (S2) students have at least 42 credits and maximum 48 credits including dissertation scheduled for 6 (six) semesters and can be taken at least 5 (five) semesters with study duration maximum 10 (ten) semesters.
