Course Description: This course examines and analyzes through an interdisciplinary lens the development of various legal theories, namely Natural Law Theory, Legal Positivism Theory, comparing pluralism and unification in relation to Sociological Jurisprudence, the history of the development of Legal Theory, and legal theories such as The Disorder of Law , Realism Legal Theory, Critical Legal Theory, Triangular Concept of Legal Pluralism, Economic Jurisprudence, Development Law Theory, Development Law Theory, Feminism Legal Theory, and Marxist Legal Theory. To criticize existing legal theories, examine scientific thoughts outside of law that have a strong influence on the development of legal theory, and develop methods of study and research on legal theory, which "contribute to answering actual legal problems and the dynamics of society."

2. Sociology of Law
Course Description: The courses studies and observes various opinions about the definition of sociology of law, the characteristics of the sociology of law, the characteristics of normative approaches, philosophical approaches, and other empirical approaches such as: legal anthropology, legal psychology, law and society, law and development, law and politics, law and economics, law and social structure, law and human rights, law and gender. After attending this course, student is expected to master the theories in Sociology of Law to (1) criticize existing the theories in the sociology of law; (2) produce new legal concepts as the basis for formulating a new theory in sociology of law; (3) analyze existing sociological thinking that has strongly influenced the development of substance, and law enforcement, (4) develop study and research methods in the field of Sociology of Law; and (5) contribute to Sociological of Law studies in answering legal problems in the society that is growing very fast, dynamic, fundamental, and increasingly complex.

Course Description: This course analyses the basic concept of politics of law, history of politics of law and the object that are being discussed. Course Description: This course discusses the legal relationship between business actors and consumers, including the rights and obligations of consumers and business actors, as well as things that are prohibited for business actors and their responsibilities for the consequences of consuming traded goods between consumers and business actors either through courts, BPSK or others, as well as sanctions that can be imposed for business actors.
