Vision

The vision of the Master of Notary Study Program, Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University is:
"An Excellent Study Program in the Field of Notary that is Independent, Skilled, and Professional Based on the Values of the Indonesian Maritime Continent."

Regarding the vision above, it contains values that inspire notary study programs through values :

1. Integrity is a self-representation within an organization reflected in daily behavior and actions. Integrity shows consistency between words and beliefs reflected in daily actions, emphasizing moral consistency, personal wholeness, and honesty. The value of integrity represents honesty (lempu), courage (warani), responsibility, and steadfastness (getteng).
2. Innovation is a combination of creativity, quality orientation, independence, and pioneering spirit. It is a complex task involving discovering new methods to solve problems. Innovative behavior combines intelligence (macca), creativity, quality orientation, independence, and pioneering spirit.
3. Catalytic represents courage, perseverance, dedication, and competitiveness. It is a representation of moral and religious values reflecting bravery, perseverance, dedication, and competitiveness.
4. Wisdom is a manifestation of propriety, justice, civility, holism, and assimilation. It represents wise and intellectual values appreciating mutual respect (sipakatau), mutual reminders (sipakainge), and mutual honor (sipakalebbi).

Mission

1. To conduct credible and innovative academic and professional legal education in the field of notary based on local wisdom.
2. To conduct quality research embodying transparent, moral, and noble academic values.
3. To disseminate legal knowledge in the field of notary for the benefit of society based on Indonesian maritime values.
4. To develop higher education cooperation in study program development and science and technology (IPTEKS).
