1. Establish the best Doctoral of Law Study Program in Indonesia with competitive excellency in advancing legal science as a genuine science with holistic insight and having specific competencies to conduct independent research in law.
2. Establish Doctoral of Law Study Program with ability and competence in the implementation of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Thus, could produce scientific professionalism and intellectuality recognised nationally and internationally.
3. Establish Doctoral of Law Study Program as prominent study program of Hasanuddin University which produces graduates who have research ability and scientific thinking with maritimes values to provide the best solutions to every issue of national regulation development.
