Excluded Public Information consists of:
Information which, if disclosed or given to the Applicant, can:
- hampering the law enforcement process;
- interfere with the interests of protecting intellectual property rights and protecting against unfair business competition;
- endanger national defense and security;
- reveal Indonesia's protected natural wealth;
- detrimental to national economic resilience;
- detrimental to foreign relations interests;and/or
- disclose the contents of authentic personal deeds, a person's final will or testament, and other personal information unless with the consent of the person concerned and the disclosure is related to a person's position in public office.
Service notes or letters that are confidential by nature;
Data and Information that is still in the process of being processed and finalized;
Other information that must be kept confidential in accordance with statutory provisions;and/or
The information is determined later by the Faculty PPID with the approval of the PPID Superior.
Exempt Public Information cannot be provided to Public Information Applicants.
