Expected Learning Outcomes

  1. Possess academic competencies capable of making legal discoveries, establishing laws and implementing laws related to the field of notary.
  2. Professional with expertise and skills in carrying out work as a Notary, In-House Lawyer for company, Law Firm, Banker, Auction Official Class II and Land Deed Official.
  3. Increasing productivity and quality of human resources who capable to recognise, analyse and solve legal problems wisely and still rely on legal principles.
  4. Develop an effective monitoring and evaluation system
  5. Increasing cooperation with related stakeholders.

 

Admission Requirements to the programme

Bachelor of Law(S1), GPA minimum 2.75 from accredited study program

English Proficiency minimum score 470TOEFL dan  minimum score 450 TPA

Teaching, Learning and Assessment Strategies

1.     

Teaching strategies generally apply student-centred learning with a focus on making students more active in thinking critically and in problem-solving.

2.    Involves professionals from Notary and Land Deed Official who have the required academic qualifications. The involvement of Notary and PPAT in the Training and Practice in Creating Deeds, Contract and Training in Writing International Journals

3.   Conducting benchmarking to various universities in the form of literature studies at least 2 (two) universities every year in national and foreign universities.

4.  Oblige students to publish results of their thesis research in accredited national or international journals(under review until 2018; Accepted 2019 and above).

5.    Oblige students to take part in scientific activities

Assessment strategies focuses on the fulfilling of the ELOs using various assessment methods such as assignments, exams, class discussion, individual or group presentation, and quizzes.

Minimum 49 credits must be passed in the second year within 4 semesters or 2 years and must not exceed 6 semesters or 3 years.
