Produce noble scholars with deep knowledge and specific skills in certain fields in accordance

with Level 9 in Indonesian Qualification Framework and in line with National Standards for Higher Education. The establishment of Doctoral of Law Study Program is divided into :

 1. The establishment of Doctoral Program is categorised as :

(a)  Doctoral program by taught and research; and

(b)  Doctoral Program by research

2. The Program could run one or both of Doctoral program as mentioned in Paragraph 1.

3. The establishment of academic activities Doctoral Programs is divided into 2(two) semesters each year according to academic calendar.

4. All academic activities of Doctoral Program must fulfill all applicable rules.

5. Academic activities of Doctoral Program by taught and research consists of lecture activities,seminars, research, scientific publication and viva.

6. Academic activities of Doctoral Program by research consist of seminars, research, scientific publications and viva.

7. The Doctoral program can be held in the form of international class with English as the language instruction.
