Course Description

This course discusses the history of Administrative Law, the relationship between Administrative Law and other fields of law, the nature of Administrative Law in different types of countries, the characteristics of Administrative Law, terminology, sources of Administrative Law, the nature and function of government authority, government actions, government instruments, General Principles of Good Governance (GPGG), legal standing of public officials, control, deviations of government actions, administrative law enforcement, administrative sanctions.

• The paper consists of at least 5 pages and no more than 8 pages.
• Papers should be based on literature; books, or journals using footnotes (not allowed to quote from the internet).
• References: Papers should be based on literature from books or journals (not allowed to quote from the internet).
• Each quotation is given footnote
• Outcome of task criteria generated / worked:

-          The task is done in the form of paper spaces 1.5, margin: left 4 top 4 right 3 bottom 3, Times New Roman font type, font size 12 and using A4 size paper;

-          Unbound papers.

• Accuracy of systematic writing (score 25).
• Accuracy of material content (score 50).
